Delivery
How fast is delivery?
Free tracked delivery on every order, arriving in 2 to 4 business days across the UK and Europe. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Where do you deliver?
The UK, every EU country, Norway and Switzerland. Delivery is free on every order.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
Outside the UK, import VAT and a carrier fee may be charged on delivery.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Message us with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover any return postage.

Calls, fit and battery
How do the group calls work?
Pair the band with your phone like any Bluetooth headphones, then start a WhatsApp, Discord or phone group call. Everyone wearing a band talks hands-free, anywhere your phones have signal.
Does it have a microphone?
Yes. A built-in mic lets you take calls and talk to your crew hands-free.
Do I need an app?
No. It pairs through your phone's normal Bluetooth settings, and calls run through WhatsApp, Discord or your phone's own calling.
Will it fit under my helmet?
Yes. It's built to sit flat under a ski helmet: slim speakers rest over your ears inside soft stretch knit, with nothing pressing in.
How long does the battery last in the cold?
The manufacturer rates it at up to 6 hours of music. Cold drains every battery faster, so charge it the night before and top it up over lunch on long days.
Can I still hear what's around me?
Keep the volume low enough to hear other skiers and lift staff. Awareness first, music second.

How do the multi-buy savings work?
Any 2 items save 15%, 3 save 20% and 4 or more save 25%. Mix any products and colours; the saving is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I pick different colours in a bundle?
Yes. Choose a colour and size for each item on the product page, and every item counts toward the saving.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices show in your local currency across the UK and Europe, and checkout lists the payment methods available in your country.
